Dr. Vu Hoang and his family came to the great city of Houston when he was just a child. Growing up in Houston, Dr. Hoang has always wanted to give back to the community. He attended the University of Houston where he graduated with honors and completed his medical education at Baylor College of Medicine. Dr. Hoang continued his training in Internal Medicine residency and Cardiovascular Disease fellowship at Baylor College Medicine where he focused on echocardiography (heart ultrasound) for coronary artery disease, heart failure and valvular heart disease.
Dr. Hoang is affiliated with Memorial Hermann Southeast and Pearland hospitals. In clinic, he provides comprehensive heart care and dedicates his time to patient education. Dr. Hoang has published in multiple peer-reviewed journals and is an expert in preventative cardiology incorporating the latest technology and research.
He is board certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Disease and Echocardiography. Dr. Hoang is fluent in English and Vietnamese.
